Our vision shares the love of Jesus Christ to families broken by the despair, anger and hopelessness of abuse and through the power of the Holy Spirit and the mercy of God the Father.

To free women, men and children of all nationalities from the emotional, mental and spiritual bondage of abuse through teaching, counseling and emergency and short-term intervention services.

Objectives

House of Refuge aims to accomplish four primary objectives:

1. To promote emotional, mental and spiritual healing of women, men and children through teachings on the cause and effects and ways to heal from abuse.
2. To provide a place of refuge for women and children fleeing from abusive situations.
3. To provide a network of Christian supporters and resources to facilitate the healing of women, men and children in abusive situations.
4. To educate the community and church on the biblical perspective for the effects, causes and healing from abuse.
